Hazards caused by overheating of rotary drilling rig in summ
The harm to the equipment caused by overheating of the rotary drilling rig in summer operation is listed here for reference only:
1、 The rotary drilling rig will produce thermal deformation, and the moving parts with different thermal expansion coefficients in the hydraulic components will get stuck due to their smaller fitting clearance, which will cause action failure, affect the transmission accuracy of the hydraulic system, and lead to poor working quality of the parts.
2、 The viscosity of the oil is reduced, the leakage is increased, and the volumetric efficiency of the pump and the efficiency of the whole system will be significantly reduced. As the viscosity of oil decreases, the oil film of moving parts such as slide valve becomes thinner and cut, and the friction resistance increases, leading to increased wear.
3、 It can deform rubber seals, accelerate aging and failure, reduce sealing performance and service life, and cause leakage.
4、 Accelerate the oxidation and deterioration of oil, and precipitate asphalt substances, reducing the service life of hydraulic oil. The precipitates block the damping orifices and slotted valve ports, causing the pressure valve to be stuck and unable to act, the metal pipeline to stretch and bend, or even break.
5、 The rotary drilling rig reduces the air separation pressure of the oil, and the dissolved air in the oil escapes, resulting in cavitation, which reduces the working performance of the hydraulic system.
